Not sure what to say?

I'm so sorry to hear of Uncle Louie's passing. I remember when everyone got in the van to visit. Especially at Thanksgiving, the grown-ups would be in the dinning room and us kids would be in the kitchen. Good times. Then we would come to Gere Place, Fanwood. I remember sitting on a tree swing and Eddie Rabbit, " I love a rainy night" was playing on the radio. May each day bring peace. Love, Lori

I lived next door to the Claders, and Lou used to say "Hi" all the time. Once we had a dual-party, and unlike most of the other next-door guests he came over and played games and showed his thoughtfulness, and engaging manner. A true nice guy as well as interesting to talk too. R.I.P. Lou. You will be missed. My condolences to the family.

Mary. And family. So sorry for your lose Ilene. Bob Dixon. Gere pl

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. What a great man loved his family and will surely be missed.

I’m going to miss you. I enjoyed the conversations we had. So glad I was able to spend time together. Love you. Diane

I am so sorry for your loss. May your cherished memories bring you comfort and peace.
As a fellow Scotch Plains resident and a Seton Hall wrestler (1975), I share in the sense of community and connection during this time.

Mary and family, sending love and prayers. May all the memories you all have be a comfort to you now and in the days ahead. Much love, Donna (Clader) Carte
