Louis John Payak was born October 11, 1944 in Youngstown, Ohio and passed away November 30, 2017 in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 73.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John Anthony Payak Sr. and Clara Catherine Payak
Survivors include his daughter, Marilu Payak of Florida; brother, James Payak of Kentucky; and granddaughter, Hannah Quinlan of Maine.
