I am saddened to learn of Louie’s passing. My deepest sympathy to Louie’s family and friends. He was a true gentleman. Always so kind with that great Richter smile! When my sister, Susan, married his brother, Bill, we were so happy and excited! Not only did we gain a Great brother-in-law, we were blessed with his wonderful brothers and sister. Louis was a wonderful cousin-in-law! We met about 58 years ago and his joyful, kind and warm nature never changed. He loved all of our family and showed that in many ways over all of the years.
