May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I know Louis through my childhood best friend, his wife, Waynenetta Wingard. Whenever I visited them in Va., Louis was always gracious and made me laugh. He had a great sense of humor. Will always remember Mr. Wingard during Greensville Correctional days. He was such a respectful gentleman. Sending my condolences and prayers to his family, friends and all who knew him.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.
