Louise's Obituary

Louise M. Compitello, a beloved mother and homemaker originally from Manhattan and long-time resident of Brooklyn, passed away peacefully at Samaritan Hospice in Mount Holly Township and had lived in Columbus, NJ, for the past 15 years. Known for her vibrant personality, Louise brought immense joy and life to her family and friends. Her passions included playing poker, enjoying nature, caring for animals, dancing, listening to music, and most of all, cherishing her family. She will be deeply missed by all.

Louise was predeceased by her parents, Evelyn and William Lopez, as well as her sisters, Dolores Muccio, Lorretta Lopez, and Barbara Parry. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Compitello. She is survived by her daughter Lorraine and her son-in-law Timothy Roche, and her son, Anthony Compitello, along with his fiancée, Kimberly Dunn, her brother William (Billy) Lopez and her cherished grandchildren, Thomas and John Compitello as well as several nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11am on Friday May 30th at Mary, Mother of the Church Parish in Bordentown. Friends and family may gather from 1pm until 3pm and again from 6pm until 8pm on Thursday, May 29th and again from 10am until the time of service on Friday at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks Street in Bordentown. Interment will be held  at Resurrection Cemetery, 361 Sharrott Ave, Staten Island, NY 10309.

Louise's legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will forever be remembered and celebrated by her family and friends.
