Knew Luann from BHS days. She was always most pleasant to talk with when our paths crossed. Condolences to her family and friends.

Luann you will be greatly missed by me and many others I wished I got to spend more time with you before you let go home to be with the good Lord I know that you were a great person cuz you always sit down and talk to me and spent time with me whenever I was around you I will always cherish and love you just as well I will be thinking of you every year and miss you everyday!

Luann's Obituary

Luann Lovell, 69 of Williamson, WV, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at her residence. Luann was born on March 26, 1956, in Williamson, WV the daughter of the late Tom Goins and Edith Scott Goins. She was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Tom and Minnie Goins and Albert and Gertrude Scott, as well as her granddaughter, Jimerlyn Whitt. Luann was a former teacher having worked in both Pike and Mingo County School systems. 

Survivors include her children, Keri Lovell (Jim Jr.) Whitt and Brandon Scott Lovell; her grandchildren, Bryna Whitt, Jacob (Melanie) Whitt, Kiera (Trentin Skirvin) Lovell, Jaci Lovell (Jake) Lewis, Jaxton Whitt, Mazlyn Whitt, Praizlyn Whitt, Keilee Bailey, Brandon Scott Lovell Jr., and Jordan Douglas Lovell; her great-grandchildren, Olivia Whitt, Greyson Whitt, Wrenlee Whitt, Kalyia Centers and Valina Ann who is on the way and due in February; her siblings, Sheila Goins, Albert Thomas Goins Jr., JP Goins. Luann also leaves behind her lifelong best friends and cousin, Paula Goins Marian and Danny and Junie Carroll. Following Luann's wishes she will be cremated and no service will be held at this time.
