Luz Ortiz Garcia, 88, of Los Angeles, California, entered into eternal rest on September 15, 2013. She was born on January 7, 1925, to Francisca Garcia and Jose Ortiz in Durango, Mexico. She was a Homemaker for over 71 years and always viewed her labor as a labor of love. Luz is survived by her sons: Adrian, Angel, Jose Francisco, Manuel, Reyes Armando, Alfredo, Salvador and Luis; daughters: Alicia, Isabel, Rosario, Magdalena, Luz Maria, Cecilia and Elvia; 58 grandchildren; 45 great grandchildren; and 30 great great grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by many other family members and friends as well. May Luz Ortiz Garcia rest in peace.
