To the family of Mrs. Lewis: My heartfelt condolences. I was a resident of Drew Hall, Howard University from 1973 - 1977. Mrs. Lewis was an was an important and integral part of a very positive experience I had at Howard. I graduated and went on to have a very successful career and full life due in part to the nurturing and guidance I received from Mrs. Lewis. She was truly my "Mom" away from home.
