Lisa and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom always made me smile, way back in our high school years and later whenever I went to city hall. I found in my heart that God could let me be apart of my sweet friend. I spent many moons with her and we knew that love we had for each other with no ending.

To Madeline's family My heartfelt condolences on the passing of an elegant and generous lady. She was an indispensable part of City Hall and multiple Administrations. Madeline was an outward face of a welcoming City Hall and true public servant. Thank you to her family for sharing her with all of us, and the City she loved. Sincerely.
