I never knew your mom, but just reading her obituary I can tell that your parents brought you up so well. I am so very sorry for you and I will pray that God gives you comfort and strength getting through this.

I worked with Mattie at McDonald's as a young man. She was the one person who helped me learn to drive. I have a lot of fond memories of her, she will be sorely missed.

I first met Maddie Addy when she became the secretary for J.C Marine. She quickly became a friend as well as the glue that kept the company together!

Even after the company came to an end we remained in contact and would talk regularly. She had the ability to always bring out the positives on the darker days despite whatever she had going on in the background.

This is a painful one to move through, but I feel she’s resting with the ones she’s missed the most.

I'm in shock .I was a caregiver for Joe up to his passing giving Maddie some relief . Rest in peace ...you and Joe can go fishing again in heaven...

I knew Maddie through EBay she was trying to put together a memorial project for Joe and was purchasing some items from my eBay. I am a retired veteran as well and offered to get her the other items she was missing from a near by base close to me.

She was truly a great person and we always had great conversations. She went above and beyond by not only paying for the items but sending a gift for me for her appreciation for me doing what I was doing.
