Marcia Dawn Pippin

Marcia Dawn Pippin, 52, of Cookeville, Tennessee, passed away at her home on March 13, 2026, following a brief illness.

Marcia was born on April 13, 1973, in Baltimore, Maryland, to her parents, Dave and Odile Kinkade.

She was a 1992 graduate of Nashville High School in Nashville, Arkansas. Marcia worked for many years as a medical receptionist, including 12 years with Dr. Kemkar in Sparta. She was known for her wonderful sense of humor, her love of animals, and the deep love she had for her family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Dave Kinkade, and her brother, Grant Kinkade.

Marcia is survived by her husband, Mike Pippin; her beloved daughter, Erica Miller; her mother, Odile Kinkade; her sister, Sandi McKoin (Scott); and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 28, at 1:00 PM at Whitson’s Funeral Home. Guests are invited to wear purple in honor of Marcia.
