She was my manager (Boss) she was always about family first--vocation second she was a wonderful boss, friend, nurse and manager she always lead with equity sprinkled with compassion and kindness I don't think I would have stayed in critical care for 17 years without her confidence in who I could become. She saw so many of us thru many personal family crises. Thank you Margaret
