Margaret Datz , born in 1956, passed away surrounded by Her Family on October 15, 2025. She was The Daughter of Cecelia and Arthur Datz . A Very Proud Soon To Be Grandmother and woman of remarkable love and generosity, Margaret's life was a portrait of compassion, kindness, and humility. A guiding beacon of light to all who knew her. Her influence will continue to resonate through the lives she touched.
Margaret's legacy lives on through her loving son, Anthony Scalone, and Daughter Rachel Scalone who fondly remember their mother as a woman of strength and grace. Her life was marked by countless moments of selfless love and she will be deeply missed. Her life's most cherished accomplishments were her three beloved children, who were testament to her nurturing and loving spirit.
She is survived by her Children Anthony and Rachel. She is Also Survived By Sisters Mary Musella,Bernice Bonilla,Bernadette Zacharda, and Brothers John Datz,and Raymond Datz.
She is Predeceased By Her Son Mark Supple , Brothers Edward Datz,Arthur Datz, Richard Datz and Sister Carolyn Harding.
Also left behind, is Margaret's faithful companion, Lola, her loving dog who offered unreserved love and comfort to her in her final days. She Loved Lola So Much. Margaret's loss will be deeply felt by her beloved son, Anthony, her loving daughter Rachel, and the faithful Lola.
An embodiment of love and charity, the lessons Margaret imparted continue to inspire. She taught those around her the invaluable meaning of compassion and the importance of opening one's home and heart to others. Her generous spirit and genuine love for people were part of her ineffable charm.
A memorial service to celebrate Margaret's life will be held at 2:00 PM on November 1, 2025, at Abundant Grace Church 70 Home ave Rutherford NJ. Friends, family, and all those whose lives were touched by Margaret's loving soul are welcomed to join and remember a life lived with love and grace.
As we grieve the loss of such a remarkable woman, we remember Margaret Datz as a beacon of love and light in our lives. Her memory will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of her loved ones and will never be extinguished. Her spirit lives on in the compassion and love shared by her children, and in the heartfelt memories of those who knew and loved her.
