SILER CITY - Margaret Emma Jamir, 95, of 260 Village Lake Road died Monday, Dec. 16, 2013 at her residence.She was a native of Adrian, Mich., a retired nurse and school teacher and a member of the Baha'I Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Jamir; son, Vinson Jamir; and parents, Arnold and Mary Carnahan Yeutter.Survivors include her daughters, Sally Jamir and husband Steven Kolins of Pittsboro, N.C. and Karla Jamir and husband Paul Glist of Alexandria, Va.; grandchildren, Nahal Suzanne Jamir, Nasim Joy Jamir, Jordan Glist, Anna Glist and Katarina Emma Kolins; daughter-in-law, Noora Jamir of North Augusta, S.C.Graveside services will be held at noon Saturday, Dec. 21, 2013 in Graham Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at McClure Funeral Home in Graham Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. before the service.
