Rest in peace my dear friend. Your spirit remains ageless, and your life was a perfect masterpiece.

I am so sorry to learn the passing of Marie. I met Marie at the TOA book club and loved hearing her take on the books we read. She was one of the most inspiring and interesting people i have known. In 2017 Marie went to Switzerland with a group of us. She was so much fun. RIP Marie.

Mickie was an inspiration to me
Her energy, her interest in learning and the arts , and her advocacy for woman’s rights & political justice inspired me to be a better female and work harder to achieve those goals. I only wish I could accomplished 1/2 of what she did in her 96 years on this earth. I’m grateful I got to know her and wish her family love and healing.
Dave & I will be donating to NARAL in her honor. (I remember Mickie telling me she was a charter member way back when)

Will dearly miss visits to Marie. Would tried to visit her monthly. She was my Head Nurse at the VA for many years.
