Not sure what to say?

Dear Gus, Paula, Jim, Chris, and Family,

We were saddened to learn about the passing of your beloved Spouse and Mother. Marilyn and Gus were one of the first couples we met at Holy Apostles when we relocated from Boston in 1989. Marilyn was always a caring, smiling, and friendly person. It was my (Straty's) privilege to co-chair the Church's 35th Anniversary Sponsor Book effort. A wonderful person to work with! Over the years we had many occasions, outside of Church, to mingle...

Marilyn was such a warm and wonderful example of how someone can be strong and tender at the same time. She was such a wonderful role model of grace and humility Our lives were enriched by knowing her.

Very sorry to hear about Marilyn’s passing. Sending love to the family.

We were so saddened to hear of Marilyn's passing. We send along our condolences to each family member. She will be lovingly remembered by many.

Marilyn was such a gracious, friendly, wonderful person. I played tennis with Marilyn for many years. She was a good tennis player and fun to play with. We really played well together. She was a fun lady who made me laugh. I will miss her. I will pray for her and all her family.

God bless the entire Athas family. Love and peace, from the Evanoffs.

May your memory be eternal Nouna. I will always remember your smile, and the love you gave to me throughout my life.
With love,
Your goddaughter,
Sarah Koulogeorge

This amazing woman had the grace, elegance, smile, warmth and charm that was shining each day we saw each other in church. From the time our children were young, she always made the large Holy Apostles community feel smaller and more welcoming by her very lovely smile, greetings, and chit chat. She cared about us and she hardly knew our family. We miss her already.

What a dear sweet lady! Her heart was in her family and in her church. She gave so much to the Holy Apostles Resource Center, and to the Mosaic monthly newsletter. I enjoyed working on the Mosaic with her for many years. She was so sweet and welcoming to all. She will be missed. She and her family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Her memory WILL be eternal!
