Not sure what to say?

Happy heavenly birthday to you, Marilyn. Missing your friendship very much. Love, Irene Shegda

My best friend of over 50 years. You were a wonderful friend. This was taken late October 2024. God bless you Marilyn.

Terry and Marilyn late October 2024

You will be missed. I'm grateful for our friendship all these years.

I never talked to Marilyn but if I’m not mistaken, She used to attend Maternity BVM once in a while. If I remember and if I’m not mistaken what a nice and quiet lady she was. She used to come into the church with her cane. I would always make sure as a head usher for the 7 p.m. Mass that she would be able to safely leave when we would lock up and she would wait for her ride to come pick her up. When I would see her, she would appear and come off as a gentle soul. I can’t believe that she...

Marilyn was a treasured friend who was an excellent listener and interested in what was going on in your life. She will be missed by all who were blessed to know her. Rest in peace, dear friend! Love, Irene Shegda

I will miss Marilyn more than words can express. Throughout her suffering, I had the privilege of visiting with her mom and sister, Julia. All of them have kind hearts. I didn't get to see Marilyn in the hospital, but through them, I felt like I was "talking" with her. I'd like to share a photo from Marilyn's 65th birthday that we gave her at Care Connection. She was loved by her clients and our staff. Our hearts and prayers are with the family in this difficult time. Rest in Peace Speedy!

I was shocked and deeply saddened when I heard about Marilyn’s tragic accident. Of all the people I have worked with in more than 50 years in government and politics, there is no one I loved more. For 14 years, she was my right hand in a consulting firm that was helping the City of Philadelphia under three mayors, the City’s human resources and economic development agencies, SEPTA, the Port of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Orchestra, our professional sports teams, Pennsylvania...

We were so blessed to have known Marilyn. I enjoyed her visits to Erie and our lunch dates to the Olive Garden. It was special to have her do the Scripture readings at the Senita boys weddings. Her words read on that special day will always be cherished not only by them, but by those attending the weddings. She touched many peoples lives. Know we are praying for your family.
