Mark Wade Crook age 53 of the Statesville Community, died Tuesday morning, March 17, 2026 at his residence. Born March 16, 1973, Mark is the son of Bobby and Brenda Hutchinson Crook. He was a 1991 graduate of Watertown High School and a member of Ramah Baptist Church.
Mark is survived by his parents, Bobby and Brenda Crook; a brother, Michael Crook and his wife, Tammy; niece, Alicia Maxwell (Chris Hobbs); nephew, Jordan Crook (Amelia); great niece, Brooklynn Maxwell. He is also survived by a large family of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. Wayne Jamison officiating. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. till service time on Saturday. Pallbearers, Jordan Crook, Chris Hobbs, Bobby Hamlet, Kevin Griffin, Levi Griffin, Ray Greenwood. Interment will follow at Jones Hill Cemetery.
