Guest Book

Not sure what to say?

We are deeply saddened by the loss of our sweet Marlene, who will be so missed at the Williamsburg Public Library. Just recently, she and I were getting excited about the arrival of fall and breaking out our pumpkin spice creamer—something that feels a little less bright without her.

Marlene loved the library and was an active part of nearly every program we offer. She brought such joy and thoughtfulness to our Silent Book Club, especially with her love for time-traveling romances...

Marlene was my sister’s first born and only 4-1/2 years younger than me. I valued our relationship and sharing of life’s adventures. We both liked books and talked about what we were reading and our opinions. She loved their winter trips to Florida and beach days.
I will miss her so much. Yvonne Blockie and Ray Blockie Marlene’s maternal aunt.
Los Gatos California

I will miss Marlene so much. She was such a bright spot on MaryJanesFarm’s Forum. She was so sweet, kind and such a wonderful part of our Farmgirl Family.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

I so enjoyed working with Marlene and having lunch with her for several years after we were each there. She was an extremely empathetic person, loved her kids and grandkids immensely, and had such a sweet laugh. I will sure miss this sweet friend. Love and prayers for all of you.

We are going to miss Marlene at our book club of Hammock Estates. And especially our time together in the pool. Our thoughts go out to Allen and Marlene’s family that she spoke so highly of. God Bless.

Marlene was a very nice lday. I would look forward to see her when she came into Goodwill on the west side. Sending some prayers to her family.
