I met Marty many years ago at the YMCA. Very kind and pleasant person. Sorry for the grief and sadness of the family in their loss.

Marty & I have been friends for so many years - from grammar school until present day. We had some great times over these years Marty had the ability to make everyone feel special and that is a gift.
We’ve shared so much over these years and I’m blessed to have her as my “bestie” and I will cherish the memories forever. I will miss her always my sincere condolences to Lyss and Tom Joe Mike Reese and families. ❤

Marty and I worked at Youth Service Bureau and years later together when our paths crossed again while she was at Lyman Hall. It was wonderful to see her still committed to helping children in a field we both had passion for. Perhaps my greatest memory of Marty was a trip with several of us to Lake George. We all had babies and toddlers in tow at the time. She loved the water! But perhaps her greatest joy was her daughter. How much she adored you, Allysa.

Words that truly express the emotions that come with the passing of "Marty" are difficult. Condolences to her family members that she truly loved and cherished. In my roughly 50 years of friendship, I admired her strength, honesty and most of all compassion for others. Marty was an extremely large part of some of my favorite years of my life. We shared many wonderful moments and events and I will miss her and remember her always.

And there wasn't a cause, local, national, or global that didn't draw her amazing energy and passion. Lyman Hall was a much better place because of Marty. She made us better people, better teachers, better parents, better friends and we are forever in her debt. It was a blessing to be in her presence and I know that her legacy lives on in the...

So heartbroken to find out the news of Ms. B's passing. She helped me all through High School with hard times. Always there for me when I needed someone to count on. She even reached out to check on me after I graduated in 2015. She will be greatly missed by everyone. Love you Ms. B, watch over me in heaven
