Martin John Pemper

Age ~ 55

Martin John Pemper, passed away at home on Monday morning, August 25, 2025.

Martin was born in Rhinelander, on April 28, 1970, to David A. and Marjorie J. (Wenzel) Pemper. He was raised in Rhinelander, attending Rhinelander public schools. He was employed for fifteen years at HyPro Inc. He later worked on his own as a carpenter. On February 29, 2016, Martin was united in marriage to his high school sweetheart, Monica Bess.

He enjoyed ice fishing, hunting, and spending time at the hunting cabin, but most of all Martin loved spending time with Monica.

He will be dearly missed by his wife, Monica, children, Nathan Pemper, Milo Pemper, Brianna Jorgensen, Richard Jorgensen, and Erika Jorgensen, all of Rhinelander, four grandchildren, Asher Gibbs, Christian Jorgensen, Harlow Jorgensen, and Hazel Jorgensen, sister, Julie Sorley, of Rhinelander, sisters-in-law, Rhonda Jones and Tracy Smith, mother-in-law, Gloria Biesik, and a brother-in-law, Dean Marquardt. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.He is preceded in death by his parents, David and Marjorie Pemper, and by two sisters, Michelle Pemper and Jennifer Marquardt.

A Celebration of Life for Martin will take place in the spring of 2026.
