My deepest condolence to the family I know Martin sent we were in elementary through high school. He was my ex-husband‘s best friend, Armando Torres may they both rest in peace and they rejoice together and I am so sorry for your loss to his wife and children. my heart goes out to you, ma’am.

Martin's Obituary

   Martin V. Suchil Jr, 53, loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, and friend, entered heaven to meet his Savior on March 15th, 2024.

     Martin was born in Odessa TX to Martin G. Suchil and Guadalupe V. Suchil on February 12, 1971. He was married to his wife Jennifer Rose Suchil on September 20, 2019 in Midland TX.

    Martin was a supervisor at CLS for 8 plus years.  He enjoyed listening to music and sitting in his garage drinking a beer while watching sports. He liked to barbecue and talk mess with his brother-in-laws Richie Hinojosa, Chris Rivas, Juan Hinojosa, Larry Hinojosa, and Freddy Hinojosa. Martin also enjoyed spending time with his grandkids and going to the lake with family.

    He is survived by his wife Jennifer Rose Suchil; His sons Martin Suchil Jr (Icyle), Fernando Suchil, and Isaiah Olivas (Dahlia). His daughters Alexandria Suchil, Megan Olivas (Julian), Italia Enriquez (AJ), Anisia Enriquez (Zach), Obidia Huerta (Juju), and Eliana Huerta; His brothers Jesse V. Suchil (Erica), Antonio V. Suchil (Toni) and 13 grandchildren. 

    He is preceded in death by his parents Martin and Guadalupe Suchil, his mother-in-law Dolores Hewtty, daughter Natalie Suchil, and grandparents.

    Viewing will be Thursday March 21st from 10:00.a.m - 9:00.p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home in Midland TX.

   On Friday March 22nd, viewing will be from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and the mass will be at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe, followed by the reception at Pueblo Viejo, Midland TX.

     Pallbearers for the service will be Martin Suchil Jr, Fernando Suchil, Isaiah Olivas, Victor Suchil, Jesse Suchil, Richie Hinojosa, Chris Rivas, and Aj Hodnett. Honorary pallbearers will be Zachary Pittman, Juju Solís, Oziel Garza, and Larry Hinojosa.
