Marvin Preston Corley, Jr. passed away Sunday, May 8, 2016, following an automobile accident. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 12, 2016, at Monroe County Memorial Chapel with burial in the Corley Family Cemetery. Rev. Mark Goolsby will officiate. The family will greet friends the day of the service from 10:00 a.m. until service time at Monroe County Memorial Chapel.
Mr. Corley was born June 9, 1965 in Forsyth, Georgia. His father Marvin Preston Corley, Sr. preceded him in death. He was employed with the City of Forsyth.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda Corley of Macon; son, David Corley of Juliette; mother, Evelyn Justice of Juliette; sisters, Lisa L. Carter of Juliette, Michele Etheridge of Juliette and Paula Ann Fielder of Moultrie; four step-children; and eight step-grandchildren.
Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
