We take this time to acknowledge the passing of the late Marvin Newell. Marvin, 41, of Belzoni, MS, transitioned unexpectedly, Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at South Sunflower County Hospital, in Indianola, MS. 

The visitation will be Friday, October 3, 2025 from 1:00 p.m.-5:00 a.m. at New Life St Paul COGIC, Belzoni, MS.

The Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at White Star M. B. Church, Belzoni, MS.

The burial will be at Humphreys County Memorial Garden, Belzoni, MS.

Marvin will be remembered by his parents, Sammie Jones & Vickery Newell, daughter, Armoni Green, brothers, Wydell Newell, Sammie Newell, Willie Newell, Brad Newell & Donnell Newell, sisters, Teresa Newell, Doristene Newell, Gladys Newell, Margretta Newell & LaShawn Nalls, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
