Mary "Betty" Elizabeth Moore

Mary Elizabeth “Betty” Moore, 90, of Sebring, Florida, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 2, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 7, 1935, in Wauchula, Florida, to the late John and Lucy (Green) Randall.

Mary is survived by her son, William Tony Moore (Dolores) of Talkeetna, Alaska; her sister, Gloria Schroder of Sebring; and her three grandchildren, Charles Allen (Carolyn), Mary Ann Stoyko (Chris), and Jennifer Lynn Mitchell (Daryl). She was preceded in death by her grandson, William Tony Moore Jr.

Mary enjoyed spending her time doing crossword puzzles, watching game shows, and embroidering. Most of all, she cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at 1:00 PM. Visitation will begin one hour prior, at 12:00 PM, at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, 4001 Sebring Parkway, Sebring, FL, 33870. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Cemetery in Sebring.
