Mary was a wonderful neighbor and I never lacked a hug when she was around. Also, she was always ready for some fun. I am sorry I will miss her funeral as I will be burying someone in my own family in Wisconsin this coming weekend. Joneen Blado

Mary's Obituary

Mary J. Gerding, age 83, of Plymouth, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her children on June 3, 2017. She was preceded in death by Vern, her loving husband of 57 years; parents, Andrew and Mathilda Miller; and brothers, Rev. John Miller and Edward Miller. She will be deeply missed by her children, Joan (Tom) Miller, Linda (Chuck) Schmidt, Greg (Julie) Gerding, and Julie (Pete) Kaiser; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, Robert (Gwen) Miller; sister, Janie (Gary) Gillingham; and many other relatives and friends.
