Mary Frances Meeks

Mrs. Meeks was truly a great example for all eduacators. She loved her school, staff and students. She was the principle you wanted to go and see, give a hug to and chat with. She will be missed my so many. Bryan County and Richmond Hill have lost a truly great women.

Mrs. Meeks was an amazing person, educator and mentor. All who knew her were better people for it.

Mrs Frances Meeks was the "Matriarch of RHPC." She was a genteel southern lady and Oscar and I, Melanie Collum were members of RHPC. We visited in her home and I had "high tea" at her home. With each visit she always had her homemade pimento cheese sandwiches, homemade pound cake with her canned peaches. She would always send you home with a jar of homemade relish and jam. She was a great Christian southern woman. She will be missed tremendously by all that loved her.

We are very sorry for the loss of Mrs. Meeks. We pray for comfort and peace for your family.

Dear Mrs. Meeks, I want to thank you for loving our children, ours as well as all of Richmond Hills. I can still see you in my memory saying “How are the girls?” Melissa and Angela would smile when I told them about seeing you. Rest dear lady, your work was well done. So sorry Buck.
