Mary Lou Plamondon, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2025, in Manistee, Michigan, at the age of 75, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Bear Lake, Michigan, she was the youngest of four siblings and was celebrated for her vibrant and cheerful demeanor. After graduating from Bear Lake High School, she pursued her studies at Central Michigan University. During her college years, Mary made the significant decision to relocate to California, where she resided in the San Francisco area with her close friend Debbie for a bit. However, California did not feel like home, prompting her return to Michigan, where she eventually met her soulmate, Jeffery Plamondon, and his daughter, Missy. Following a brief courtship, they married and began their family in Manistee, welcoming children Amy Marie and Michael Alan. Mary dedicated herself to her career, ultimately becoming the manager of Morton Salt Credit Union before retiring to enjoy life more fully.
