I am so heartbroken and shattered over losing you, Gram. You were and are my best friend. My rock. My second mom. You were there for me no matter what. Any time I needed advice, someone to talk to, cry with, laugh with- or a shoulder to lean on. I have soooo many fond memories with you that I will cherish and carry deep in my heart always.
