Matt's Obituary
Matt Morgan, 50, of Enterprise, Alabama, passed away Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Pensacola, Florida.
Per his request, no services are planned.
Matt was born Sept. 25, 1974, in Enterprise, and worked with his dad at Morgan’s Heating and Cooling for the last 27 years.
Matt was a 1992 graduate of Enterprise High School and played on Wildcat baseball and basketball teams; and he played baseball at Enterprise State Community College.
He was an avid EHS and Auburn football fan who also enjoyed spending time with family and trips to the beach.
Matt is survived by his parents, Dickie and Mary Morgan of Enterprise; long-time girlfriend Sunny Helms, Enterprise; sisters Heidi Sherling (Paul), Enterprise and Sarah Anderson (Will) of Fairhope; aunts Hilda Skinner and Stacia Barnes, Enterprise; nieces Mary Elizabeth Sherling and Caroline Anderson, nephews Braxton Sherling and William Anderson; and numerous other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Bernie and Betty Sheppard and Dick and Merlyn Morgan, of Enterprise.
