Matthew was one of those people who could brighten my day, even from miles away. I always looked forward to his messages and our conversations. I’m grateful we connected at work, but more so that we kept the friendship going the last 10 years. His humor and kindness left a lasting mark on me. Dearest Matthew, thank you for being my best friend and lifeline during our formative years. I would not have made it without you. I just wish I could have told you this.
