Not sure what to say?

Maureen has and always will be in my heart! She was so loving, caring, fun, hilarious and beautiful! My mother Lydia and her were dear friends and for good reason my mom chose her to be my Godmother. I always felt a closeness to her even after we moved away. Sending my love to Ray, Chris and Stephanie and all who love her.

Maureen has been my Friend and Sister-in-law for over 54 years. We met at a Sunday dinner at Mom & Pop Fox’s home in Brentwood when Ray introduced her to us. She was funny, friendly, quick witted and so easy to like. Over the years we shared many Fox Family memories, stories and quirks. Maureen was the most selfless, caring person I know; she loved and gave with all her heart. She was a one-of-a kind Class Act.

She shared her laughter..her love..comfort
To all who knew her!

Oops. Meant to say: “When Patty married Butch!”

I have known Maureen for 56 years since Patty brought her into our family and she married Butch. And what a fun and mischievous edition! One thing that I always loved and that never changed about her was her humor and wit. She always made me laugh. I’ll also remember Maureen for her deep love of family and fierce loyalty to those she loved. She will be so missed. Sending love and heartfelt condolences to you all.

Obituary

Maureen's Obituary

Fox, Maureen Catherine (née Sullivan), baptized into the hope of Christ's resurrection, Saturday, October 4, 2025.

Beloved wife of Raymond R. Fox; dearest mother of Christopher (Melissa) Fox and Stephanie (Daniel) Klevorn; dear grandmother of Keira and Kinley Fox and Henry and Eleanor Klevorn; loving daughter of the late John and Eleanor Sullivan (née Hofmann); sister of John (Diane) Sullivan and the late Patricia (Robert "Butch") Lally; sister-in-law of the late Ed (survived by Donna) Fox; our dear aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend of many.

Maureen loved her family with all her heart and brought joy to everyone who knew her. She loved baseball, cooking/baking, movies, holidays (especially Christmas) fall leaves, and her grandkids. Caring for others came naturally to her-she was born to be a mother, a caregiver, and a friend. Her genuine nature and bright smile lit up a room and touched everyone she met.

Family was everything to Maureen, and her grandchildren were the light of her life. She adored spending time with them, sharing laughter, stories, and unconditional love. She loved cheering them on and off the field and was so proud of all of their accomplishments.  Maureen took great pride in her home, loved decorating for every season, and found happiness in bringing people together.

Her faith in Christ was the foundation of her life, and she faced each day with strength, grace, and prayer. Maureen lived selflessly, always thinking of others before herself. Though she is no longer with us, her love continues to surround us and she will now watch over us from above. We will carry her spirit in our hearts and never forget the beauty of how she lived and loved.
