Not sure what to say?

Maura was a special lady and wonderful neighbor. Always had time and a cookie for me when I would sneak across the field to play with Tim on the farm in Fillmore. She will be missed.

Our sympathy goes out to the Noonan/O'Brien families. Maurna was a dear friend and neighbor for many years in the Fillmore community and that carried into her years in Cascade for so many gatherings, card games, etc. She managed to keep track of everybody! Our world is missing a kind, sweet Irish lass with a magnetic smile and laugh and a heart of gold.

Maurna was a favorite of my mother, Angela E. Herzog Callahan. I remember being at her home out in the country as a child, and she was at our house in Dubuque as well. I am sorry for your loss.

John and I would like to express our deepest sympathy in the loss of Maurna. She was a very special lady that always had something nice to say to you. She will be missed by many.

Aunt Maurna was a dear sweet person who was generous with her delicious lemonade, ringing laughter and cheerful hugs. She will be missed.

Sending my thoughts your way and know all your memories with be a treasure always. Whenever I met Maurna she always had time to visit - she had that special gift of always making you feel good when you left! Haven't seen her in a long time but wanted you to know she was a special lady!
