Melanie's Obituary
Melanie Carol Chadic, 54 of Tulsa passed from this life on February 4th, 2017 at 3:45 am at St. John Medical Center, Tulsa, OK. She was born February 1st, 1963.
She was born in Henryetta, Oklahoma to George and Eva Chadic who preceded her in death.
She is also preceded in death by one brother, Allen Chadic of Modesto, California; and her step dad, Don Branham.
She is survived by sister, Gayle Childs and her husband, Bill of Broken Arrow; sister, Scarlett Flossie Brown and her husband, Jim of Tulsa; sister, Mary Merrit of Sand Springs; brother, Jerry Chadic and wife, Opal of Wichita, Kansas; brother, Stanley Chadic and wife, Myria of Coweta; brother, Owen Chadic; brother, William Chadic; sister, Phebe Osborn; sister, Dee Hartsell; Martha Tucker, family friend and Melanie’s caregiver of 17 years; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5-7:30 pm on Monday, February 6, 2017 with Funeral services following at 3 pm on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 both at Smith Funeral Home, 1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, 1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK.
