Michael's Obituary

Michael E. Crossley, age 78, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2025.  He was born in Hamilton, Ohio, to the late Hazel Witters Crossley and Melvin E. Crossley.  He is survived by his beloved wife, Connie Motsinger Crossley.  Cherished brother of the late Dean Crossley.  Loving uncle to Allie (Andy) Stuckert, Ashley (Ryan) Fisher, Jonathan (Kate) Motsinger, and Matthew (Clair) Boyle.  Dear great uncle to seven nieces and nephews.

Mike served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.  He later served in the U.S. Naval Reserve and the Ohio Army National Guard.  After his military duty, he worked at Cincinnati Bell for many years.  Following 9/11, he came out of retirement to work for the TSA, first at the Dayton Airport and then at the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati Airport.

Mike enjoyed cooking, boating, golfing, snow skiing, horseback riding, and watching his great nieces’ and nephews’ events.  He played the banjo, fiddle, and the drum.  He especially loved his horses and his cats.
