I heard about Mike’s passing last week from the Corp office and was both stunned and saddened.
My little company, Signature Signs, had the blessing of working with Mike for almost 30 years, designing and providing retail signage for ORECK and now David’s Vacuums in Houston and across Texas.

I was blessed to know the Eiermann family for over 42 years. I worked with Tuggy for over 37 years at Texas International Airlines and Continental Airlines. My wife Debbie worked with Michael at McDonald Sales for a number of years. We were so sorry to hear about Michael. He was always a joy to be around. We had some good times in the past that we will always remember. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Carol, Tuggy and the entire family. We will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Anybody that knew Mike, knew about his passion for his family and business. Mike and I were co-workers for many years but more importantly, we've been friends for 26 years. Mike had a unique way of motivating people to get the most out of them professionally and personally. My heartfelt condolences go out to Carol, Dawn, and Travis. Mike was and will always be an inspiration to me, every time I use or hear the word "Compelled" I think and will be reminded of Mike's incredible ability of painting a great picture of his business vision.
