I got to know Mike from Jr High until graduating with the SHS Class of 1982. Great guy who I remembered loving to dunk a basketball. Seen him a few times when I was around Speedway many years ago. Prayers of strength for Mike’s family. God bless, Harley Thomas

May our loving Father surround all who loved Michael and give them hope and peace. Living away from Indy, I missed out on really getting to know my cousin. Seeing his beautiful family I have to believe I've missed out on knowing a pretty awesome guy! I do know that he is sorely missed. Our God is a loving God and He keeps all the great memories, gifting to Mike's family when most needed. Rest with Jesus and know we will all be reunited one day and what a glorious day that will be!!

Some of my favorite lifelong memories are with him at Allison Elementary. I had not seen him in over 45-50 years but still remember everything about him. I’m soo sorry and know nothing about his family life but he made my childhood awesome. Thank you Mike
