In Loving Memory of Michael ErazoJanuary 11th, 2001 – July 22nd, 2025Our sweet Michael — a beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin, grandson, and friend — passed away peacefully on July 22nd, 2025, at the age of 24, surrounded by his family.Born in Mission Hills, California, Michael was a gentle soul and a free spirit whose presence brought warmth, laughter, and light to everyone who knew him.Michael had a passion for wrestling and spent his high school years alongside his closest friends, competing in tournaments across the nation and living life to the fullest. Whether it was playing on his PlayStation, working out, or saying “yes” to whatever plans came his way, he was always ready for the next challenge, the next laugh, or the next memory to be made — that was Michael.Michael spent his last year working as a behavioral interventionist at Reseda High School, where he touched the lives of the students he guided and left a meaningful mark on the colleagues who worked beside him. His patience, encouragement, and belief in others will not be forgotten.Michael’s laughter, kindness, and fearless spirit will be carried in the hearts of all who knew him. He is survived by his loving family, including his parents; his twin brother, Justin; his siblings, Jorge and Anna; his cousins, Jasmine, Dd, and Gracie; his aunts, Silvia, Cristina, Brenda, and Yesenia, who helped raise him as their own; his godparents, Rocio and Sal; and his grandparents, Maria and Miguel, as well as countless friends who became family.We will gather to celebrate Michael’s life on August 25th at 5:00 p.m. at San Fernando Mission Cemetery, where we will share stories, memories, and the joy he brought into the world.Though his time with us was far too short, Michael lived every moment with love, courage, and an open heart. His light will never fade, and his spirit will forever shine in the lives of those he touched.
