Not sure what to say?

I'm so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. I was lucky enough to work alongside him both in Orlando and in Scranton -- where we shared desks opposite each other. So sorry for your loss. Sending love and prayers to Judy and family from an old WBGH nursing school friend and coworker. RIP Mike!

Farewell to another Swoyersville High, Class of '62 classmate. Enjoy the road to Heaven, Mike. You are greatly missed by all those you touched here. Blessings to your wife and family.

Dear Mike Skerel Family,
Our sympathy to all on your loss. May his love, warm your hearts with happy memories. I am a former Clinton Street neighbor, who remembers Mike as a kid growing up; and "one who did good!'

Very sorry for your loss

So very sorry for your loss

His life was a gift to all of us!

Mike had the best voice and intonation for a reporter. He had a calm authority that lended to the stories he spoke of . He interviewed me once for a short piece. I was really nervous, but he was kind and courteous-- just a wonderful human being. He really cared.
