We have known Mike and Pam and Kellie and Mike from the early 1970's when we all lived in the same neighborhood in Moberly. Mike was a fun person who liked to laugh, and the whole family was our friends. He will be missed and our thoughts and sympathy are with the family.

Michael "Mike"'s Obituary

Michael “Mike” Amerigo Ugolini, 76, of Bevier, MO, passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at the Samaritan Hospital in Macon, MO.

 

Mike was born on November 29, 1942, in Highland Park, IL, the son of Amerigo and Rena (Nicholai) Ugolini. He was united in marriage to Pamela Raye Wright on November 5, 1966 in Huntsville, MO. Mike was an active member of; the Masonic Lodge, Shrine Club, Macon Elks Lodge, board member of the Bevier Volunteer Fire Department, school board, and president of the Macon Democratic Club. He was retired from a 27 year career in the wine and spirits industry and was the former owner and operator of Ugo’s Pizzaland, and Ugo’s Bait House.

 

Mike is survived by his wife, Pam of the home; two children, Kellie Dawn Schaefer and her husband (Rick) of Macon, MO, and Michael Christopher Ugolini and his wife (Venus) of Springfield, MO; five grandchildren, Michael Ugolini and his wife Ashlea, Matthew Williams, Katie Bolte and her husband Jeff, Christopher Ugolini, and Nicholas Ugolini; three great-grandchildren, Jordan Williams, Grayson Bolte, and Braxton Ugolini. Mike spent his best times with family & friends.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Norman Ugolini, and one sister, Virginia Faith Ugolini

 

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Hutton & McElwain Funeral Home in Macon, MO with Pastor Bill Sinkevich officiating. Visitation will be Saturday afternoon at 1:00 pm until the time of service at the funeral home. Masonic service will be at 12:45 prior to the visitation. A private family burial will be held at a later date. Family suggests memorials to the Cardinal Glennon Children’s Foundation of St. Louis.
