Mike was an old school friend who I sadly hadn’t seen since the’80’s but I have some great memories of hanging out with him, Dave Boyce and Carl Michel! We used to jokingly call him “The Blimp” and looking at the picture above, one has to truly suspend disbelief, but he used to have a wild wonderful thick head of hair! One of the nicest guys and he will be missed!

My prayers for all of you during this very difficult time. A life lost far too young. Mikes kindness, love, and laughter will be missed.. so many fond memories with his sense of humor and love for Brooke and Ashley. He will be missed. May God bless all of you.

Mike was a neighbor from our childhood in Bayard and one of my brother's (Jim) best friends. Jim is heartbroken over his loss. Mike was a good friend, more like a brother, to Jim and will be very much missed Our condolences to his family! Ellen Hearn Betourne

I am so sorry to hear about Michael's passing. I will miss him coming in to Johns Bakery and Cafe for breakfast on Friday and Saturday mornings! Praying for his family!!
