Worked with Micki at p&g he was a hard worker and always smiling and happy great guy my thought and prayers are with the family

Im so very sorry for your loss, Micki was a wonderful man and I can never thank him enough for teaching me how to be a great leader and for all his support he gave me while I worked at the plant and my mom was fighting cancer.

Micki you were a good man,a great friend, and someone I always looked up to even though I was too afraid to tell you that. You were one of my first friends in life and one of the best...until we meet again my friend

Micki's Obituary

Micki L. Herman, 48, of Montrose, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at CMC Geisinger, Scranton, PA. He was born on May 2, 1977 in Tunkhannock, PA, to Donald L. and Mary Ann (Kamarauskas) Herman of Montrose, PA.

Surviving are his children Lauren Herman, Montrose, PA, Ryan Herman, Montrose, PA, girlfriend, Nicole Repchick, Montrose, PA, five siblings, Sandi Truman, Donald Herman, Jr., John Herman, Darren Herman, Stephen Herman, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family, close friends, and co-workers. He was predeceased by his infant sister Cathy.

Micki’s most important things in his life were his children and his dogs. He was the provider and protector for his loved ones, and had a moral compass to make the right decisions to help his family and friends. Micki was a Montrose High graduate; he enjoyed playing golf and watching football. He was a dedicated hard worker and worked at P&G for over 15 years and had a fantastic sense of humor.

A visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the Daniel K. Regan Funeral Home, Montrose, PA. Interment will be in the Beaver Meadows Cemetery, Laceyville, PA.
