Not sure what to say?

It was wonderful to see your dad after 57 years had passed and what a beautiful family he had. You all treated us so warmly and we left Chicago blessed beyond measure. I knew him as Dinh Duy A and remember him now as Mike Dinh after thinking of him and the relationship we had during the war. He was a very professional sailor, dedicated and brave and oh, how he loved his family! Thank you Lord for allowing Mary and I to see him and his wonderful family.

To my beloved dad,

You will always have a special place in my heart. You were a kind and selfless man who always helped those in need, and you continue to be my role model and inspiration in life. Though you are no longer here, your spirit lives on within me and in the hearts of everyone who knew you. I will never forget the last day of your life when I sat beside you. I asked if I could massage your neck and clean your face, and in response, you held my hand and lifted your head...

We all missed Him dearly!

Reflecting on his naval career, my father often said that "a sailor becomes skilled only through...

In his final days, Ba’s desire to be with his children at home was clear. There were moments when I felt helpless seeing him in discomfort, I held his hand, comforted him, and brushed his hair, remembering how soft and wavy it was, just like my son’s. In those...

My grandpa was one of the most intelligent, kind and generous people I have ever known. He was selfless, always striving to help his family in any way he could. He taught me how to navigate Chicago's CTA system before I started high school, how to do math throughout elementary school and countless more life lessons. He was truly a pillar in my life and shaped who I am. I will forever cherish the stories he told me and the memories we shared. His wisdom, warmth and love will always stay with...
