Mildred's Obituary

Mildred Leonard Barbry, 89, of North NC Highway 150, died Sunday, January 06, at her home.  

 

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm Thursday January 10, 2019  at Reedy Creek Church of Christ, where she was a member, by Brothers, James Percival and Jerry Williams.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

 

The family will receive friends Wednesday  from 6-8 pm at Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel and at other times at the home of her daughter on Hampton Road, Lexington.

 

Mrs. Barbry was born August 12, 1929 in Davidson County to Rufus Clayton Leonard and Bertha Craver Leonard.  Her husband, Noah Barbry, her brothers, Harvey, Orville, Clarence, Allen, Ellard, and Paul Leonard; and her sister, Mae Weaver, preceded her in death.

 

She is survived by her daughters, Cathy Bowles of Cleveland, NC and her sons, Shane Bowles (Ashley) of Charlotte and their Children, Kamryn, Aidyn, Brynlee and Mayce and Chris Bowles (Whitney) of Cleveland and their children, Ethan and Azlynn.  Myra Jo Ball of Reedy Creek and her children, Megan Mills (Colin) and their children, Noah and Abram and Marley Mills (Derrick) and their children, Aidan and Aizlynn. Her sister, Blanch Younts of Lexington;
