My sincere condolences to Millie's family. We became friends at the Senior Center. I'm going to miss her lively personality and generous spirit. We were always laughing and having a good time line dancing. She will be greatly missed.

May the Lord go before her, behind her, and be all around her. Aunt Millie, your life, the daughters you raised, and their families are your legacy and it is an amazing one! "Well done, good and faithful servant!"
Our love and prayers to Nancy, Kass, Annette and their families. Let the love your mom instilled in all of you sustain you and your families through this time of grief.
We love you all,
Keith, Andrea, & Sal

I'm going to miss u silly Millie

Millie I can’t believe you are gone I will miss you. You accepted me into your family as if I was your own and you were always a loving mother to your daughter and grandmother to my children. I can’t believe I lost my mom as well as you in such a short time. The hole in my heart is still there from loosing my mother and now it just got a whole lot wider. But like so many other loved ones we lost along the way in time that whole will be filled with the memories and joys we all shared...

Aunt Millie will be truly missed. She was one of my favorite aunts. I use to have so much fun going over to her house and chat with her in the late mornings She would always have a cup of coffee in her hand. I can’t remember exactly what we talked about but I do remember she always had me laughing and entertained ! I think we talked a lot about our large families and she would let me in on some things that I wasn’t supposed to know. We would laugh and laugh. I sure miss the good old days...

Millie I can still see u at CVS greeting me at the door saying hi stephanie I liked u alot u were a great lady and caring one to I will miss ur smile.RIP prayers.

Millie was born on March 12, 1939 in West Philadelphia, PA and spent her early life there with her parents and 11 siblings. Millie was the oldest daughter and often helped her mother care for their large family. She married in 1956 and gave birth to the oldest of her five children in 1957. Millie spent most of her adult years living and working in a close-knit South Philadelphia neighborhood, where she made lifelong friends. In March of 2019 Millie moved to Washington Township, NJ to be closer to her children and grandchildren.

While living in New Jersey, Millie joined the local Senior Center where she made new friends and enjoyed dance and aerobics classes, as well as, outdoor walks and trips to the casino. She was an avid reader who frequented her local library. In the summer, she loved going to the beach and reading by the pool. Millie was a thoughtful friend and neighbor who never hesitated to offer help or support when her friends were in need.

Millie was an active member of her community but more than anything she loved being with her family. She was a caring and supportive sister and mother.
