Milt was a neighbor and friend for over fifty years. A bowling and softball teammate (many years ago) fellow racing car enthusiast, just a great guy.

So sorry to hear the news. I fondly remember the years growing up in the neighborhood and he religiously ran/walked every day. Will miss not waving to him across the street when I'm over at mom's.

Milton's Obituary

      Milton B. Wachenheim, Jr., of Montgomery Twp., PA, passed away Thursday, August 19, 2021, at Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown Twp., PA.  He was 89.

      He was the husband of 56 years of the late Jean P. (Anderson) Wachenheim until her passing on March 2, 2012. 

      Born in Philadelphia, PA., he was the son of the late Milton B. Sr. and Lorraine (Cunningham) Wachenheim.

      During his entire working career, Milton was employed as a sales representative for Color Crafters, Trevose, PA.

      He will be remembered most as a true family man who loved vacationing with his family and who faithfully attended his grandchildren’s events.

      A member of the Masonic Lodge, Philadelphia, PA, Milton volunteered for many years with the Colmar Volunteer Fire Company, Colmar, PA. An avid golfer, he also enjoyed bowling and running over the years.

      He is survived by three daughters, Lynne Walsh and her husband Joe, of Souderton, PA, Kimberly Wachenheim, of Lansdale, and Kathi Dickinson and her husband Ron, of Pottsgrove, PA; seven grandchildren, Brian Walsh and his wife Danielle, of Collegeville, PA, Amanda Walsh, of Philadelphia, PA, Sara Lamperez, of Lansdale, Laura Booker and her husband Jerrell, of Telford, PA, Brandi Dickinson, of Pottsgrove, Kyle Walsh and his wife Amber, of Allentown, PA, and Cori Dickinson, of Reading, PA; and two great-grandchildren, Evie and Kal’el.

      His Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 2, 2021, at the Bernard Suess Funeral Home, 606 Arch Street, Perkasie, PA, where family and friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.  Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
