Monroe Garcia Payne born on February 16, 1955, in Alpine, Texas went to be with the Lord on September 26, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 70. He is preceded in death by his parents, Marcelo and Francisca Payne.
He is survived by his beloved sons, Isaac James Payne, and Monroe Matthew Payne; sister, Elida Payne Felguerez. Extended family and friends. His presence in our lives will be dearly missed
The family will meet on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at St. Ann’s catholic church for a 10:00 AM Mass. Inurnment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery at Cordi-Marian.
