Our deepest condolences to the Rones family.
Morris “Mo” and I were friends since we started grade school at Seward Elementary. We became good friends as we were grew up, going to the movies in downtown Seattle riding the bus or walking. We were an odd couple of guys, being a Japanese and Jewish kids with no sport skills between us. I remember going to the apartment where he lived with his mother and grandmother and getting these special cookies from “grandma”.
