Obituary

Mr Adrian's Obituary

Adrian A. Burke Sr. was born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 11, 1965. He

was born to Russell R. Burke “Bucky” Sr. and Margot A. Harris.

Growing up he loved spending time with his big brothers. His favorite past

time as a young boy was riding motorcycles, that became his passion. As an

adult Adrian was known to some as “AD” but known to all as “Papa”. He

grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Cleveland Heights High

School on June 10, 1984. Soon after that he developed a new hobby for

cutting and hand crafting glass amongst other trades.

During that time he met the woman that would change his life forever.

Adrian and Jackie married in 1997, where they raised strong and loving

children: Jason, Adrian Jr., Jerome, Brittany and Adriana. Papa not only

founded AD Glass, he also worked at Securitas for 15 plus years. He

loved being happy and thrived on his children, watching them grow to be

successful. He spent his leisure time perfecting his craft, home and cars.

Papa still found time to help others by giving back to the community and

not turning down anyone in their time of need.

Papa departed this world on Thursday, December 21, 2017. Upon his

departure he was truly loved by family and friends which will continue on

for a lifetime far beyond this world and the next.

He was preceded in death by his wife Jackie Edwards-Burke, mother

Margot A. Harris and father Russell R. Burke Sr. He leaves to cherish

his legacy children: Jason, Adrian Jr., Jerome, Brittany and Adriana, sister

Janine Fountaine, brothers: Tony Burke, Davis Burke, Russell Burke Jr. and

a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren and friends.

Lovingly submitted, His Children
