On January 16, 2017, Clarence E. Talton, Sr. fell asleep to await the coming of his Savior. He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty L. Talton, and a daughter, Stephanie Green. He leaves to cherish his memories a son, Clarence Talton, Jr., two daughters, Mary Talton and Denise Austin and a sister, Helen James. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 23, 2017, at 1 pm at Calvary SDA Church, 1200 17th Street, Newport News, VA. Viewing will take place at Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel on Sunday, January 22, 2017 from 11 am to 3 pm. and 1 hour before the service at the church.
